Good morning colleagues,
Following DfE’s announcement on school closures last week the government is taking a broader look at the use of reinforced autoclaved aerated concrete (RAAC), including in ASC provision.
As of this morning, we are hearing that it’s possible ASC may be minimally impacted given the majority of the sector is period conversion and/or with brick built extensions
But we are, of course, really keen to sense check this with our partners, and we are keen to hear whether your members have reported being affected by or concerned about the impact of RAAC in their stock.
