To provide support for those encountering these obstacles, NICE is in the process of developing a potential new support service aimed at streamlining the adoption process. Your input is invaluable in shaping this initiative.
NICE is conducting research sessions between now and mid-February to gain deeper insights into the experiences of those adopting digital technologies or AI within their organisations. They would like to invite care organisations to share insights during a 60-minute one-on-one remote interview conducted via Teams.
