Partners in Support
Partners in Support commenced its support in 2008 and has been supporting people to move into their own homes within Hertfordshire ever since.
Partners in Support is a “not-for-profit” organisation and registered with the Care Quality Commission to provide Supported Living services. Our philosophy is that an individually designed service can successfully support someone when based on their wishes and needs.
The matching of staff is crucial so individuals are supported by people that they like, people that they can develop positive relationships with and with whom they enjoy shared interests and activities.
