One Fylde is a Charity dedicated to supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities and autism across the Fylde Coast. We are committed to enhancing the quality of life for those we support through innovative and person-centered approaches.

The Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Communication, Marketing, and Fundraising Manager to join our team. This is a brand new post, and the successful candidate will have the unique opportunity to shape the role and make a significant impact. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies, marketing campaigns, and fundraising initiatives to support our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans to raise awareness about One Fylde's services and impact.
  • Create and manage engaging content for various platforms, including social media, website, newsletters, and press releases.

  • Plan and implement marketing campaigns to attract new supporters and donors.

  • Identify and pursue fundraising opportunities, including grants, sponsorships, and events.

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, partners, and the community.

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication, marketing, and fundraising efforts.

  • Line manage the Communication and Marketing Coordinator.

About You:

  • Proven experience in communication, marketing, and fundraising roles.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organisational and project management abilities.

  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative strategies.

  • Passionate about supporting people with learning disabilities and autism.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
