We are thrilled to extend a warm invitation to all members to join us for the VODG Quality and Safeguarding Professional Network meeting on 5 December, taking place online between 14.00 - 16.00. This session promises to be an insightful and informative mix of speakers and interactive discussions.
The meeting will start with a member-led discussion on good practice or systems that support person-centred support planning where members may share their successes and challenges.
Next, we are thrilled to introduce Briony Banks, Peer Co-production and Engagement Lead at Inclusion Unlimited, who will talk about how to introduce the Inclusive Impact Model of Co-production. Briony's expertise in this area will provide valuable insights into collaborative working practices and their significance within our sector.
Finally we will welcome Sarah McCormack, Business Development and Taskforce Executive at Delphi Care. Sarah will share her extensive knowledge and practical tips on effective complaints management practices, offering valuable guidance on how to navigate and address complaints within our organisations.
We are confident that this meeting will offer valuable learning opportunities and provide a platform for networking and knowledge-sharing. We encourage all members to mark this date in their calendars and join us for what promises to be a highly enriching and engaging session.
