VODG Member Chief Executive Summit and Annual General Meeting 2024

Save the date for chief executives to meet and network, followed by our Annual General Meeting.

We are excited to announce that we have booked the Terrace Pavilion at the House of Commons for our 2024 VODG Chief Executive Summit and Annual General Meeting (AGM). The Summit and AGM will be held on 21 November from 13.00 to 15.30.

Member chief executives or their nominated substitutes are entitled to one complimentary ticket. We encourage members to book early to avoid disappointment. 

Delegates are encouraged to arrive for registration and networking between 13.00 - 13.30. The CEO summit begins at 13.30 and our AGM is scheduled to begin promptly at 14.30 - 14.45. Canapes, refreshments and ample networking opportunities will be available throughout the event. 

We do hope you can Join us in November for what promises to be a full and engaging event for chief executives to connect and collaborate.

Summit

Our new report with Collaborate CiC outlines short-term shifts and long-term actions needed to improve the commissioning of third-sector organisations that provide community support for disabled people. This report is based on the insights and experiences of our members, commissioners, sector stakeholders, and people with lived experience. With a united commitment to gloriously ordinary lives, we look at the system levers and relationships at the heart of public sector commissioning, the changes needed to put third-sector support on a surer footing and improve the environment within which third-sector services operate.
