The next meeting of the Marketing and Communications professional network is now open for booking.
To start the meeting we are delighted to welcome back Kerry Watkins, Managing Director at Social for Good. A number of members have expressed some unease about their continued presence on the social media platform, X. Kerry will be helping us to navigate the debate on whether to leave or to stay, offering insight into the current social media landscape and facilitating a member discussion of the various important considersations surrounding this.
Next we will be joined by Chris Lines of Microsoft Tech for Social Impact to explore practical tools and methods for fostering inclusive conversations about the direction of our organisations. We aim to prioritise engagement principles to ensure all voices are heard and valued in our discussions. Additionally, we'll delve into specific software solutions that can aid in achieving these objectives.
Our final speaker is Gina Hollands of Hollands Associates, who will be discussing change management communications, including the importance of effective communication during significant organisational change, aiming to support both employees and stakeholders, avoiding reputational damage, learning how to navigate communication challenges to safeguard the organisation’s reputation and proactive change management vs. crisis communication.
