The next meeting of the Learning and Development professional network, to be held online, 4 December, 10.00 - 12.00 is open for booking.
Our first speaker is Simon Garrett who will be sharing information about Together Trust's Pathways recruitment and development initiative, designed to aid recruitment to and retention in positions that have historically been difficult to fill.
Next, we are delighted to be joined by Lee Zucker, Aviva Braunold and The Enterprise Team of Experts by Experience from Kisharon Langdon. It is very important to the people supported by Kisharon Langdon that staff understand their religious and cultural wishes and requirements, as well as being important that the very diverse staff team all feel welcome, knowledgeable and included. The team will therefore be speaking about an exciting event they co-produce as part of staff training, but which is also open to other community groups, schools etc.
Following a short break we will move on to discussing the Care Workforce Pathway, when we will hear from two organisations that have been part of the early adopters program, who will be sharing their experiences. There will then be a member discussion on the issues raised.
Be sure to book your place so as not to miss out on these fascinating sessions.
