Contract Negotiation Workshop for Chief Executives and Senior Leaders (Online)

During this online session, we will explore strategies and opportunities that support the art of influencing. We will consider how influencing can impact effective leadership and organisational culture and we will use techniques honed in crisis situations that are based on active listening, empathy and rapport building, to enhance relationships where influence can be maximised.

Member CEOs will have the opportunity to enhance and develop their communication, influencing and leadership skills when navigating the complex challenges of contract negotiations.

During this session, led by Martin Clewortha - a skilled crisis and hostage negotiator with over 30 years of experience in all manner of sieges, kidnaps and international incidents - we will explore strategies and opportunities that support the art of influencing. We will consider how influencing can impact effective leadership and organisational culture and we will use techniques honed in crisis situations that are based on active listening, empathy and rapport building to enhance relationships where influence can be maximised.

This workshop is specifically designed for third sector organisations and will run for Chief Executives in the north, south and online. Following feedback and review, we will explore further roll out and widening the reach of the programme.
