You are invited to join us for a VODG CEO breakfast meeting.
You are invited to join us for an upcoming VODG CEO breakfast meeting focused on commissioning, fees, and legal challenges.
In these increasingly challenging times for service delivery, various member organisations are actively exploring options to adapt and survive, while others are taking decisive local legal action to protect the essential services that disabled people depend on.
This CEO peer-led session will provide an opportunity to share and discuss current perspectives on these topics. You will also hear from member organisations that have taken legal action to challenge commissioners regarding their decision-making processes, their duty to consult, compliance with the Equality and Care Acts, and the value of these services to the public purse.
We anticipate that members will find this session useful as we build a comprehensive understanding of current activities, enhance shared knowledge, and explore potential coordination and collaboration.
Please note, should you have any accessibility requirements, we will do our best to make necessary arrangements to support you; however, we may require up to four weeks notice, so please list your requirements on the booking form. Closed captions are used as standard in online meetings. If you have any questions, please email [email protected].
*Please note that this event is exclusive to member Chief Executives. We are unable to accept substitutes.
