Notice of AGM

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 2024 Annual General Meeting of the Voluntary Organisations Disability Group (VODG) will be held at House of Commons, Terrace Pavilion, London, SW1A 0AA on Thursday 21 November, 14.30 - 14.45.

Under VODG’s articles of association, and section 324 of the Companies Act, members have the right to appoint a proxy. The form is available here.

Timings
We will convene the AGM after the CEO summit. The key timings are:

13.30 – 14.30 Summit and break
14.30 – 14.45 VODG Annual General Meeting
14.45 – 15.30 Networking and refreshments
