Welcome to VODG's 2024 Annual General Meeting. Please use this form to appoint a proxy to vote on your behalf. Alternatively, you can also use this form to indicate how your proxy is to vote. You can terminate your proxy at any time up to two hours prior to the meeting by emailing [email protected] Your entries on this form will be collected using VODG's cusomer relationship management (CRM). The information you share with us will be stored safely until the approval of this AGM's minutes at the 2024 AGM and then destroyed. It will not be provided to anyone beyond the VODG team responsible for the AGM. Your consent for us to process your data will be assumed from you when you start the survey.
