VODG (Voluntary Organisations Disability Group) is a national charity that represents leading not-for-profit organisations who provide services to disabled people in ways that promote independence, choice and control.
Through the contribution of our members, VODG forms part of a community of over 100 values-based organisations that play a vital role in supporting more than a million disabled people to live full independent lives.
Our resource and event hubs are designed to provide our members with valuable information, resources, and upcoming events that are specifically tailored to their needs and interests.

We are asking all our Board members to submit their personal details to enable us to understand the composition of our current Board and to help us identify areas of underrepresentation. The questions are designed to measure gender, age, disability, ethnicity, religion or belief, sexual orientation, socioeconomic diversity, and caring responsibilities. These questions have been put together following advice and examples from the Cabinet Office and the Civil Service.
The questions are personal but are collected anonymously, will be kept strictly confidential and will only be accessible to a limited number of VODG staff. The form is hosted on VODG's secure website and the data will be stored internally on MS SharePoint. It will never be used in a way that identifies or links to you personally and will only ever be used for the purposes stated.
Your disclosure is entirely voluntary and even if you select 'Prefer not to say' on some questions, your contribution will be helping us to build a more inclusive culture.
If you have any questions, please contact Rhidian Hughes.
